Fall is in the air and that can only mean one thing, football has arrived and the baseball playoffs are starting to round into form. There is no time better, the weather is cool and comfortable and sports fans know what is about to transform as the year goes on.
My first taste of ESPN College Gameday came today and even though it wasn't the real deal gameday, I could sense the electricity in the air and realized that on Saturday's everywhere across these fantastic United States felt the same way.
The bottom line is that I have yet to meet a person who has a bad time at a tailgate of any kind and I bet that I would be hard pressed to find one. This is what makes the fall season in this country the greatest time of year.
The sequence of baseball playoffs blending into the heart of college football season, then combining with the holidays of Thanksgiving, Hunting Season, and Christmas is by far the best time of the year. So be sure to enjoy the 2009 addition of it all!
